Tommy began his Mass Appraisal career in 1980.  He was employed by contractors working on numerous county appraisals in Arkansas.  In 1984, he was employed by the Arkansas Assessment Coordination Department (ACD).  During his time at ACD he worked as a Field Auditor, Field Auditor Crew Chief, and Manager of the Personal Property Division.  In 1997 he returned to the industry’s private sector managing appraisal projects in the Delta region of Arkansas.  In 2002 he formed, and incorporated Delta Mass Appraisal Services, Inc.  He was presented the prestigious Marvin C. Russell award by the Arkansas Chapter of the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) in 2004 for his outstanding contributions to the Mass Appraisal industry.  Tommy has also been awarded with the Chapter’s Member of the Year award on two occasions and has served terms on the Chapter Board including two terms as President.  He is a member of the ACD Workgroup that is served with reviewing all rule and legislation changes brought forth by ACD.  He is a member of the ACD Best Practices Advisory Committee for Personal Property.  Tommy oversees all daily operations of Delta Mass Appraisal Services, Inc.  He serves as Appraisal Manager for Ashley County.

Jason began his career in the Mass Appraisal industry in 1998.  He has been employed by Delta Mass Appraisal Services, Inc. since the forming of the corporation.  Jason has experience working in all areas of the Mass Appraisal field.  Jason has served numerous terms as Regional Board Member for the Arkansas Chapter of IAAO. He has also served a term as Board Secretary. Jason was also elected President of the Chapter and served a term of both President and Past President.   Jason is a member of the ACD Best Practices Advisory Committee for GIS Mapping and Agricultural Land Valuation.  Jason developed an in-depth course on the administration of deeds, sale validation codes, and Amendment 79 data concerning the proper use of these items in CAMA maintenance.  He has been requested to teach this course on both the county and state level.  Jason is responsible for all aspects of the daily operations of Delta Mass Appraisal Services, Inc.  He serves as Appraisal Manager for Craighead County and Project Manager for Ashley County.

Devin was employed by Delta Mass Appraisal Services, Inc. in 2006.  He has experience working as an appraiser on residential and commercial properties.  Devin is responsible for special project valuations, such as, cell towers and billboards.  Devin oversees scheduling, production rates, internal audits of field employees and data entry personnel.  Devin graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.  He serves as Appraisal Manager for Lawrence County, Phillips County and Crittenden County.

Andrew began his career in Mass Appraisal in 2012.  He has been employed by Delta Mass Appraisal Services, Inc. since 2016.  He has experience working as an appraiser on residential and commercial properties.  Andrew graduated from Arkansas State University with a degree in Real Estate Finance.  He serves as Project Manager in Craighead County.  He serves as Appraisal Manager in Marion and Mississippi County.

Raven began her career in Mass Appraisal in 2013.  She has been employed by Delta Mass Appraisal Services, Inc. since 2017.  She has experience working as an appraiser on residential and commercial properties.  Raven graduated from Arkansas State University with a degree in Professional Studies with emphasis on Industrial/Organizational Psychology.  She serves as Appraisal Manager in Cleveland County and Desha County.

Trish was employed by Delta Mass Appraisal Services, Inc. in 2006.  She has experience in data entry on various CAMA systems currently approved in Arkansas.  Trish is responsible for maintaining, and executing, a proficient training program for new employees that will be performing data entry in our counties.  Trish also oversees potential job applications, payroll reports, leave reports and other reports concerning employee benefits.
